Last Four In: Mississippi State, Marquette, Purdue, Kansas State
First Four Out: Florida, Boston College, Nebraska, Miami (FL)
Three undefeated teams remain (South Carolina, LSU, and Ohio State). Who will be the last one standing – if any? LSU has reached its best start in program history at 16-0 and looks solid under Kim Mulkey in her second season. Connecticut, despite the setback regarding the health of players, continues to stand at the front of the line with a number one seed. Indiana, Ohio State, Utah, and Duke are all two seeds who have the potential to become one seeds, depending on how they finish the season and other teams in their conferences finish. The Big East is probably the biggest surprise so far as they have six teams in the bracket right now including two new additions of Seton Hall and Marquette.
