First Four Out: Missouri, Louisville, Michigan, LSU
The reigning national champions are back in the playoff picture following a 27-24 home victory over USC. The offense has a lot of work to do, but Michigan proved they can beat a decent team. There will be many more close contests for the Wolverines this season, but they cleared their first hurdle following their week 2 humiliating defeat against Texas. Speaking of humiliating defeats, Notre Dame’s defense has looked incredible since their loss against Northern Illinois and are the only team to move into the playoffs for this week’s projection.
